Wet Plate Collodion Workshop Information
I offer workshops for both groups and individuals that are interested in learning the wet platecollodion process and all of its ancillary nuances. I've been teaching the wet plate collodion process since since 2003. I've taught numerous workshops throughout Europe and the United States. I've had people from all over the world visit me for private workshops at my home in Germany too. I try to capture or scan as many images from my workshops as I can. Sometimes, in the excitement and pace of the workshop, I miss a few. So, if you are looking at this and you don't see your images here, send them to me (72 dpi) and I'll post them.

The Wet Plate Collodion Forum Board
Someone asked me why I started my forum board, saying, "there's already one on the web". I responded by saying that there's a lot of people interested in the wet plate Collodion process that have no interest in Civil War reenacting, or, at least using this process for it. I also said that I wanted to provide a place for the art community (people) interested in the process to share, talk and learn.
Several hundred members and 10,000+ posts later (and growing everyday), there seems to have been a lot more people interested in the process than I ever anticipated. This is a big table (the wet plate world) and contrary to popular belief, there's plenty of room for everyone. So, if you want to ask or answer a question, or share some work, get over to the board and sign up! There are a lot of talented and knowledgeable people hanging out there willing to answer your questions and comment on your images!
